Alexandra is a Brooklyn based photographer with a passion for portraiture. She is currently studying the chlorophyll printing process to capture images of farmers taken in her travels to Cuba, where she spent time learning sustainable food systems and traditional agricultural techniques. She hopes that in preserving these portraits on tropical leaves that she is providing a unique reflection of these extraordinary people that honors the land they care for. Her  work has been featured in Adobe Lightroom's #LifeReflected Album, curated by Andre D. Wagner.  She has also had the pleasure of assisting 2 workshops for esteemed documentary photographer Peter Turnley. A collection of her work can be viewed in his  2021 New York Student Gallery. She was also a featured artist in the Feasting on Film  series.
